Web Development Trainers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on front-end and back-end web technologies.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, including lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based learning resources.
- Mentor students through hands-on projects and provide technical support for coding challenges.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in web development or training.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Certification in web development or related technologies is an added advantage.

Kids Coding Trainers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging and interactive coding lessons for children using block-based and beginner-friendly languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, Roblox).
- Create a fun, safe, and interactive learning environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving.
- Simplify complex logical and programming concepts into age-appropriate activities.
- Communicate student progress to parents and maintain effective classroom management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of coding experience or experience in an educational setting.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills, with a passion for child development.
- Certification in coding or digital skills is an added advantage.

Communication Lead
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational communication and public engagement strategies.
- Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Draft press releases, success stories, and internal newsletters to enhance organizational visibility.
- Coordinate with external media and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate communications or digital marketing.
- Excellent creative writing, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Certification in communication or digital marketing is an added advantage.
